CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations by User after confirmation shall be subject to the Cancellation and Refunds policy, Service Provider so displayed and the refunds if any so generated shall be transferred to the user within 10 days of receipt of the refund amount from the Service Provider. In case of absence of any Cancellation and Refund Policy of the service provider the User shall be entitled to refund 80 % of the booking amount if the cancellation is done before 48 hours before the start of Service and in case of no show by the User the user shall be provided a refund of .0.... % of the amount so paid. The said refunds shall be processed at the earliest and latest within 1 months' time.

REFUND POLICY FOR AIR TICKETS BOOKED

  1. Since MySuperTrip.com is an online platform providing its customers the option to book Air Tickets and other services from its Website, Cancellation or refund in case of No Show requests of any Air ticket booked through MySuperTrip.com shall be subject to the Cancellation Policy of the concerned Airline and the cancellation requests received shall be processed as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy of concerned Airline.
  2. No Show refund requests include the request for refund in case of non appearance or late appearance or absence for whatever reason, of the Customer to avail the flight services for which he has received a confirmed booking. Also, Cancellation requests received beyond the time stipulated by the Cancellation Policy of the concerned Airline shall be deemed to be No Show.
  3. MySuperTrip.com shall charge a consolidated charge of Rs. 500/= per ticket for processing any refund request either because of cancellation or for No Show.
  4. MySuperTrip.com being an industry player quite often receives some special fares called Coupon fares from Air Lines and other intermediaries and the same is passed over to the end user after charging a non refundable mark up price by MySuperTrip.com In such cases of special coupon fares received by and MySuperTrip.com passed over to the User by adding a mark up price, the basic charge for the purpose of refund shall be the actual coupon fare as received by MySuperTrip.com and shall be MySuperTrip.com rightfully be entitled to retain the mark up price so charged and MySuperTrip.com shall be rightfully entitled to charge a consolidated charge of Rs. 500/= per ticket for processing any refund request either because of cancellation or for No Show.
  5. Refund amounts allowed as per the concerned Airlines Refund Policy shall be credited to the account of the Customer through which the payments were received after deducting the MySuperTrip.com charges within 7 working days.
  6. A customer cancelling his tickets or not showing up to avail the flight services shall not be entitled to avail any special offers of MySuperTrip.com and all such offers shall lapse for non availing of the Flight services whether cancelled in advance or not. MySuperTrip.com shall not be obliged to perform any of its special offers in such cases.
  7. MySuperTrip.com shall not be liable to pay for any refund, in case the Airline does not provide for the Flight Service for which the Customer has a confirmed booking. In such event compensation, if any, shall be calculated as per the policy of the concerned Airline and shall be transferred as above without deducting any charges. However, if such a case involves Coupon fares passed over to the customer, MySuperTrip.com shall not be obliged to pay back the mark up added by MySuperTrip.com
  8. MySuperTrip.com Shall not be liable for any liability or penalty or other action if the account through which the tickets were booked does not belong to the customer and the amount has been credited into the said account.
  9. MySuperTrip.com shall be entitled to complete the process of the refund request within 1 month after the time prescribed by the concerned airline for process of such Refund request.
  10. Customer shall not be entitled any interest on the amount to be refunded.
  11. MySuperTrip.com Shall not be liable for any liability or penalty if the Airline does not process the request in the time stipulated by it for the same or if the airline denies the claim of the customer and the customer shall not have any cause of action against MySuperTrip.com
  12. This policy being a special policy shall be subject to the general terms of use of MySuperTrip.com
